WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available
from the Rupert J. Smith Law Library in the form of a Memorandum of Understanding in the amount of
$30,000 for the Rosser Branch Library build out.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 21st day of July, 2015, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes
that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2014-2015, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:

001-7110-337940-137608 Other Local Grants $30,000
APPROPRIATIONS
001-7110-562000-137608 Infrastructure $30,000
