WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available
from the Allegany Franciscan Ministries' St. Clare Fund Grant, in the amount of $10,000. The funding is to
be used for A Time 2 C.H.I.L.L. (Choose How I Live Life) one -day Crime Prevention, Community Health
Fair and Youth Summit to be held at the Lincoln Park Community Center.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 21st day of July, 2015, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes
that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2014-2015, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
REVENUE
001825-7215-337725-7102 Allegany Franciscan Ministries $10,000
APPROPRIATIONS
001825-7215-552000-7102 Operating Supplies $10,000
After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows:
