WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available
from Program Income in the amount of $40,000 for the Community Services SHIP Program.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 1st day of September, 2015, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2014-2015, and the County's budget is
hereby amended as follows:
REVENUE
185013-5420-369930-500 Program Income $40,000
APPROPRIATIONS
185013-5420-549605-500 Rehab Expenditures $40,000
