HomeMy WebLinkAbout15-183RESOLUTION NO, 15-183 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, through its partnership with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, as a grant in the amount of $60,000, as funding for the County to construct an artificial reef by deploying artificial reef materials at the permitted North County Nearshore site. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 6th day of October pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2015-2016, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUE 184111-4117-331391-39003 APPROPRIATIONS 184111-4117-534000-39003 US Dept of Interior-Fish&Wildlife Other Contractual Services After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows: Commissioner Paula A.
