AN ORDER OF THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
DIRECTOR AMENDING LANGUAGE WITHIN PDS ORDER 15-027.
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services Director has made the
following determinations:
1. On September 11, 2015, the Planning and Development Services Director granted a use
determination to allow the audiologist medical office as a permitted use within the RS -4
(Residential, Single -Family — 4 du/ac) zoning district located at 761 E. Prima Vista Blvd.
2. The Planning and Development Services Directorfurther determined the approval granted
through PDS Order 15-027 shall run with the land and not ownership of the property. Also,
the use determination shall permit all medical offices.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED: by the Planning and Development Services Director of
St. Lucie County, Florida: ,
Theaudiologistmedical office has been determined to be consistent with similar permitted uses
located along Prima Vista Blvd and, as such, is determined to be a permitted use located at 761 E.
Prima Vista Blvd, .

PART A. SEVERABILITY
If this Order or any provision thereof shall be held to be inapplicable to any person, property, or
circumstances, such holding shall not affect its applicability to any other person, property or
circumstances.
PART B. APPLICABILITY OF ORDINANCE
This Order shall only constitute approval of the audiologist medical office as a permitted use be
applicable in the RS -4 (Residential, Single -Family — 4 du/ac) zoning district located at 761 E. Prima
Vista Blvd of the unincorporated area of St. Lucie County.
PART C. FILING WITH THE CLERK OF COURT
This order shall be recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County.
