HomeMy WebLinkAbout15-224RESOLUTION 15-224 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from the Federal Transit Administration through a Grant Agreement, in the amount of $103,866, for the TPO Joint Participation Agreement (JPA) for the Unified Planning Work Program. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 3rd day of November, 2015, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2015-2016, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUE 001575-1540-331421-100 Federal Transit Admin. $103,866 APPROPRIATIONS 001575-1540-599330-100 Project Reserves $103,866 After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows: Commissioner Paula A.
