The Lot Split application has been approved for property consisting of 2.12 acres of 11 property zoned CG (Commercial General) and located approximately 700 feet north of 12 Savannah Club Blvd. on the West side of U.S. Hwy.1, and is legally described as follows: 13 2. 14 15 ATTACHED AS EXHIBIT A, B & C 16 17 18 3. The division of the parent tract is depicted on the Boundary Survey created by Charles H. 19 Blanchard, PSM, of Meridian Land Surveyors, signed October 12, 2015. 20 21 4. The Development Review Committee has reviewed the lot split on the subject property 22 and found it to meet technical requirements of the Code and the standards of review in 23 Section 11.03.04.D of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code and to be consistent 24 with the St. Lucie County Comprehensive Plan. 25 26 5. Staff has provided an analysis of the parcel's eligibility for a one-time split pursuant to 27 Section 11.03.04 of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code.
