HomeMy WebLinkAbout15-242RESOLUTION 15-242 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, through a grant from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, in the amount of $30,000, as funding for the St. Lucie Village Heritage Preserve — Boardwalk Project. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 1st day of December, 2015, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2015-2016, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUE 001578-3920-331393-300 National Oceanic & Atmos.
