A PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES ORDER DEFINING A
CLASS A MOBILE HOME AS A SINGLE FAMILY DETACHED DWELLING
UNIT IN THE AG -5 (AGRICULTURAL - 1 DWELLING UNIT /5 ACRES)
ZONING DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services Director has
reviewed the request of Melissa Jacques and made the following determinations:
1. Melissa Jacques requested a Class A Mobile Home Permit to be defined as a as a
detached single family dwelling unit in the AG -5 (Agricultural —1 du/5 acres) Zoning
District for the property described below and depicted on Exhibit A.
2. On December 15, 2015 mail notices were sent to all owners of property within 500
feet of the subject property. No written objections for the request were received by
the Planning Division within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving said notice.
3. Staff has performed a detailed analysis of the request and determined it to be
consistent with Section 11.05.02. — Class A Mobile Home Permits, of St. Lucie
County Land Development Code. The analysis is found in the Planning and
Development Services Director Memorandum entitled Melissa Jacques — Class A
Mobile Home Permit dated January 5, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED:
A. The St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services Director hereby approves
the request of Melissa Jacques to define a Class A Mobile Home as a detached
single family dwelling unit to be located the following described property:
Legal Description: From the Northeast corner of Section 21, Township 37
South, Range 38 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, run
South 89 degrees 55 minutes West along the North line
of said Section 21, 790.37 feet to the Northwesterly
right of way line for Glades Cut Off Road; thence run
South 44 degrees 43 minutes 30 seconds West along
said right of way line 3219.32 feet to the Point of
Beginning; thence run North 45 degrees 16 minutes 30
seconds West, 1650 feet; thence run South 44 degrees
