Melissa Jacques requested a Class A Mobile Home Permit to be defined as a as a detached single family dwelling unit in the AG -5 (Agricultural —1 du/5 acres) Zoning District for the property described below and depicted on Exhibit A. 2. On December 15, 2015 mail notices were sent to all owners of property within 500 feet of the subject property. No written objections for the request were received by the Planning Division within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving said notice. 3. Staff has performed a detailed analysis of the request and determined it to be consistent with Section 11.05.02. — Class A Mobile Home Permits, of St. Lucie County Land Development Code. The analysis is found in the Planning and Development Services Director Memorandum entitled Melissa Jacques — Class A Mobile Home Permit dated January 5, 2016. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED: A.
