HomeMy WebLinkAbout16-036RESOLUTION 16-036 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Erosion District's Budget for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection as a grant in the amount of $442,740.75, as funding for the Fort Pierce Inlet Management Plan Implementation Project WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the St. Lucie County Erosion District to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Erosion District of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 15th day of March, 2016, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2015-2016, and the Erosion District's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUE 184224-3710-334391-3712 Dept of Environmental Prot -Phys Env $442,741 APPROPRIATIONS 184224-3710-531000-3712 Professional Services $442,741 After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows: Commissioner Frannie Hutchinson, Chair AYE Commissioner Tod Mowery, Vice Chair AYE Commissioner Chris Dzadovsky AYE Commissioner Paula A.
