A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION COUNTY INCENTIVE GRANT PROGRAM
AGREEMENT (#424143-2-54-01/02) FOR CONSTRUCTION AND
CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING INSPECTION (CEI) SERVICES OF
INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS AT SR -713 AND SR -614 (KINGS
HIGHWAY AND INDRIO ROAD) AND AUTHORIZING THE
CHAIRPERSON TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT AND FURTHER
AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE THE
AGREEMENT BY APPROVING IT AS TO FORM AND CORRECTNESS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the following
determinations:
1. The Florida Department of Transportation has awarded the County funding for Construction and
Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) Services of Intersection Improvements at Sr -713 And Sr -614 (Kings
Highway And Indrio Road) (#424143-2-54-01/02).
2. The Board should authorize and approve execution of the County Incentive Grant Program
Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation for the above -referenced project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida:
1. The Board hereby accepts and approves the County Incentive Grant Program Agreement with the
Florida Department of Transportation (#424143-2-54-01/02) to provide funding for Construction and Construction
Engineering Inspection (CEI) Services of Intersection Improvements at Sr -713 and Sr -614 (Kings Highway And Indrio
Road)
2. The Board hereby authorizes and Chairman to execute the above -referenced agreement and
further authorizes the County Attorney to execute the agreement by approving it as to form and correctness.
After motion and second, the vote on Resolution 16-084 was as follows:
