HomeMy WebLinkAbout16-102RESOLUTION NO. 16-102 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from the Department of Homeland Security through the Florida Division of Emergency Management as a Federally Funded Sub -grant Agreement, in the amount of $95,573. The funding from the Emergency Management Performance Grant (EMPG) is intended to enhance County's Emergency Management Plans and Programs that are consistent with the State Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan and Program (SCEMPP). WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 5th day of July 2016, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2015-2016, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUE 001582-2510-331233-200 APPROPRIATIONS 001582-2510-541000-200 001582-2510-543000-200 001582-2510-546000-200 Dept of Homeland Security Communications Utilities Equipment Maintenance After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows: Commissioner Kim Johnson, Chairman Commissioner Chris Dzadovsky, Vice Chairman Commissioner Tod Mowery Commissioner Paula A.
