WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available
from the Federal Highway Administration, in the amount of $146,588 as a Transportation Planning
Organization JPO) Federal Metropolitan Planning Grant.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 6th day of September, 2016, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2015-2016, and the County's budget is
hereby amended as follows:

APPROPRIATIONS
001580-1540-512000-100 Salaries $145,588
001580-1540-540000-100 Travel 1,000
Total $146,588
