A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FEDERAL AVIATION
ADMINISTRATION GRANT AGREEMENT (AIP GRANT
NUMBER: 3-12-0023-035-2016 DUNS: 072215403) TO
CONDUCT THE AIRPORT MASTER PLAN STUDY AT TREASURE
COAST INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AND AUTHORIZING THE
CHAIR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT AND FURTHER
AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE THE
AGREEMENT BY APPROVING IT AS TO FORM AND
CORRECTNESS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has
made the following determinations:
1. The FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION has awarded the County funding to
conduct the AIRPORT MASTER PLAN STUDY at Treasure Coast International Airport (AIP
GRANT NUMBER: 3-12-0023-035-2016 DUNS: 072215403).
2. The Board should authorize and approve execution of the Federal Grant
Agreement with the Federal Aviation Administration for the above -referenced project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
St. Lucie County, Florida:
1. The Board hereby accepts and approves the Grant Agreement with
the FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION grant agreement (AIP GRANT NUMBER: 3-
12-0023-035-2016 DUNS: 072215403) to provide funding for TO CONDUCT THE
AIRPORT MASTER PLAN STUDY AT TREASURE COAST INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. The
Board hereby authorizes the Chair to execute the above -referenced agreement
and further authorizes the County Attorney to execute the agreement by
approving it as to form and correctness.
After motion and second, the vote on the resolution was as follows:
