AN ORDER APPROVING AN AFTER THE FACT LOT SPLIT FOR
PROPERTY CONSISTING OF 7.44 ACRES LOCATED ON
JORGENSEN ROAD, '/4 MILE NORTH OF MIDWAY ROAD.
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services Director has reviewed the
application for a Lot Split submitted by Clyde Meyer and made the following findings:
1. The Lot Split application has been approved for property consisting of 7.44 acres of
property zoned AR -1 (Agricultural - 1 du/ac) and located approximately % mile north of the
Midway Road and legally described as follows:
THE SOUTH 164 FEET OF TRACT 81 OF WHITE CITY
SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS
RECORDED IN PALT BOOK 1, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
2. The division of the subject property creates two lots depicted on the Boundary Survey(s)
created by Charles Arnold, PSM, dated November 9, 2016. The two lots are further
described on the boundary survey as parcel "11", and proposed parcel "2".
3. The Development Review Committee has reviewed the lot split on the subject property
and found it to meet technical requirements of the Code and the standards of review in
Section 11.03.04.D of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code and to be consistent
with the St. Lucie County Comprehensive Pan.
4. Staff has provided an analysis of the parcel's eligibility for a one-time split pursuant to
Section 11.03.04 of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code. That analysis is found
in a project summary and memorandum dated November 9, 2016 entitled Clyde Meyer
Lot Split LS 1020165075.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED:
A. Pursuant to Section 11. 03.04 of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code, the Clyde
Meyer Lot Split is hereby approved after the fact as shown on the boundary survey
prepared by Charles Arnold, PSM dated November .9, 2016 by the Planning and
Development Services Director, subject to the following condition:
No further division of the property is permitted unless a final record plat is submitted
in accordance with the Code.
B. A copy of this Order shall be attached to the boundary survey described in hereinabove,
and shall be placed on file in the Planning and Development Services Department.
