HomeMy WebLinkAbout16-228RESOLUTION 16-228 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from Indian River Lagoon Council, via a pass through grant from the United States Environmental Protection Agency, in the amount of $125,000, for the Paradise Park Stormwater Project Phase 5 — System 4, and setting up the funding for the County's matching funds. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 20th day of December 20, 2016, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2016-2017, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUE 102116-3725-331390-103608 APPROPRIATIONS US Environmental Protection Agency $125,000 102116-3725-563000-103608 Infrastructure $250,000 102001-3725-563000-103608 Infrastructure ($125,000) TOTAL $125,000 OTHER SOURCES 102116-3725-381970-103608 INTRAFUND TRANSFER IN ($125,000) 102001-3725-382970-103608 INTRAFUND TRANSFER OUT $125,000 NET AMOUNT $ 0 After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows: Commissioner Chris Dzadovsky, Chairman AYE Commissioner Tod Mowery, Vice Chairman AYE Commissioner Linda Bartz AYE Commissioner Frannie Hutchinson AYE Commissioner Cathy Townsend AYE PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED THIS 20TH DAY OF DECEMBER 2016.
