WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available
from the Florida Department of Transportation through a Joint Participation Agreement, in the amount of
$8,955,401, as additional funding to the Kings Highway and Indrio Road Improvement Project.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 21s' day of February, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes
that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2016-2017, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
REVENUE
310207-4115-334411-44001 FDOT-Transportation $8,955,401
APPROPRIATIONS
310207-4115-563000-44001 Infrastructure $8,955,401
