HomeMy WebLinkAbout17-026RESOLUTION 17-026 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, as a Florida Recreation Development Assistance Program grant, in the amount of $50,000, as funding for the Lincoln Park Playground Improvements Project at the Lincoln Park Community Center and at Illous Ellis Park. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 21st day of February, 2017 pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2016-2017, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUE 001465-7215-334715-700 APPROPRIATIONS 001465-7215-563000-177626 001465-7215-563000-177627 Dept of Environmental Prot-Cul/Rec Infrastructure Infrastructure After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows: Commissioner Chris Dzadovsky, Chairman AYE Commissioner Tod Mowery, Vice Chairman AYE Commissioner Linda Bartz AYE Commissioner Frannie Hutchinson AYE Commissioner Cathy Townsend AYE PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED THIS 21ST DAY OF FEBRUARY 2017.
