WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available
from reimbursement proceeds, in the amount of $21,754 for the Parkland MSBU Project.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 21st day of February, 2017 pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2016-2017, and the County's budget is
hereby amended as follows:
REVENUE
39013-4115-369930-144610 Reimbursements $21,754
APPROPRIATIONS
39013-4115-595400-144610 Refund Property Owners $21,754
After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows:
