On April 22, 2005, development order GM -05-009 was adopted approving a 5 lot residential 15 subdivision for property located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Silver Oak Drive 16 and Dyer Road, in the RM -5 (Residential, Medium 5 du/ac) Zoning District. 17 18 2. Following the recordation of GM -05-009, in OR Book 2239 Page 2819, Public Records of St. 19 Lucie -County, Florida, staff determined that the legal description in Part B was incorrect. 20 21 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED,by the Planning and Development Services Director of St. 22 Lucie County, Florida: 23 24 A. The legal description cited in Part B within the order should of read as follows: 25 26 A parcel of land situated in Tract 16, Block 3, Section 23, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, 27 Plat No. 1 Saint Lucie Gardens, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 28 35, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and being more particularly described as 29 follows: 30 Commence at the southeast corner of the southwest quarter of Section 23, Township 36 31 South, Range 40 east; then run north 00' 13' 10" east (Assumed Bearing) along the east line of 32 the southwest quarter of said Section 23 a distance of 245.51 feet to a point; then run north 33 890 45' 38" west a distance of 50 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue north 89' 45' 34 38" west along the north right of way line of Dyer Road a distance of 409.98 feet to a point; 35 then north 00* 09'44" east a distance of 167.17 feet to a point; then run south 89'40'09" east 36 a distance of 136.75 feet to a point; then run north 00* 10' 21" east a distance of 250.18 feet 37 to a point on the north line of said Tract 16; thence run south 89°'23' 38" east along said north 38 t line a distance of 273.39 feet to the west right of way line of Silver Oak Drive; thence south 00* 39 11' 25" west along said west right of way line a distance of 415.37 feet to the point of 40 beginning. 41 42 Containing 3.14 acres+ (Surveyors Note: This legal description is the same as described in Title 43 Policy SL -04-0017, some calls have been changed to reflect field measurements) 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 Location: Northwest corner of the intersection of Silver Oak Drive and Dyer Road.
