HomeMy WebLinkAbout17-077RESOLUTION 17-077 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from the Indian River Lagoon Council, via a pass through grant from the United States Environmental Protection Agency, in the amount of $200,000, for the San Lucie Drainage Improvement — Phase 2 Project. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 18th day of April, 2017, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2016-2017, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUE 102117-3725-331390-143603 US Environmental Protection Agency $200,000 APPROPRIATIONS 102117-3725-563000-143603 1 nfrastructure $200,000 After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows: Commissioner Chris Dzadovsky, Chairman AYE Commissioner Tod Mowery, Vice Chairman AYE Commissioner Linda Bartz AYE Commissioner Frannie Hutchinson AYE Commissioner Cathy Townsend AYE PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED THIS 18TH DAY OF APRIL 2017.
