A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
COUNTY INCENTIVE GRANT PROGRAM AGREEMENT (#424143-2-54-01/02) -
AMENDMENTONE TO REVISE LINE ITEMSAVAILABLE FOR BILLING DURING PROJECT
CONTRUCTION OF INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS AT SR -713 AND SR -614 (KINGS
HIGHWAY AND INDRIO ROAD) AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRPERSON TO EXECUTE
AMENDMENT ONE AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY ATTORNEY TO
EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT BY APPROVING IT AS TO FORM AND CORRECTNESS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the
following determinations:
1. The Florida Department of Transportation has revised the line items available for billing
during project construction of Intersection Improvements at SR -713 And SR -614 (Kings Highway And
Indrio Road) (#424143-2-54-01/02).
2. The Board should authorize and approve execution of Amendment One to the County
Incentive Grant Program Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation for the above -
referenced project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida:
1. The Board hereby accepts and approves the revised the line items available for billing
during project construction of Intersection Improvements at SR -713 And SR -614 (Kings Highway And
Indrio Road) (#424143-2-54-01/02)
2. The Board hereby authorizes and Chairman to execute the above -referenced agreement
and further authorizes the County Attorney to execute the agreement by approving it as to form and
correctness.
