WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available
from Loan proceeds, interest and property owners in the amount of $286,000 for the Fra Mar/Wagner
MSBU Project. This revised resolution is to amend Resolution No. 2017-028 for a fund number correction.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 6th day of June, 2017 pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes
that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2016-2017, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
