WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available
from the issuance of Non -Ad Valorem Revenue Bonds, Series, 2017, in the par amount of $46,865,000,
with an Underwriter discount of $(68,681), and Premium of $8,459,446, totaling $55,255,765, for the
renovations at the St. Lucie County Sports Complex.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in meeting assembled this 18th day of July, 2017, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes that
such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2016-2017, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
