A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE STATE OF FLORIDA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION PUBLIC
TRANSPORTATION JOINT PARTICIPATION TERMINATION
AGREEMENT (FIN. PROJ. NO. 4 3 6 3 8 4-1-94-01) FOR
THE REHABILITATE TAXIWAY E SOUTH 14/32 PROJECT
AT TREASURE COAST INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIR TO EXECUTE
THE AGREEMENT AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE
COUNTY ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT BY
APPROVING IT AS TO FORM AND CORRECTNESS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida,
has made the following determinations:
1. The Florida Department of Transportation has awarded the County
funding for the Rehabilitate Taxiway E south of 14/32 (Fin. Proj. No. 436384-1-94-
01).
2. The Board should authorize and approve execution of the Public
Transportation Termination of Joint Participation Agreement with the State of
Florida Department of Public Transportation for the above -referenced project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of
St. Lucie County, Florida:
1. The Board hereby accepts and approves the Public
Transportation
Termination of Joint Participation Agreement with the State of Florida (Fin. Proj.
No. 436384-1-94-01) for the Rehabilitate Taxiway E South of Runway 14/32 at the
Treasure Coast International Airport. The Board hereby authorizes the Chair to
execute the above -referenced termination agreement and further authorizes the
County Attorney to execute the termination agreement by approving it as to form
and correctness.
After motion and second, the vote on the resolution was as follows:
