WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available as
fees from various programs held at the Oxbow Eco-Center, in the amount of$4,760. The funding will be
used to replenish three operating accounts within the Environmental Education and Community Outreach
(EECO) Division FY 2017 budget.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 5th day of September 2017, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2016-2017, and the County's budget is
hereby amended as follows:

APPROPRIATIONS
001-7912-541000-700 Communications $750
001-7912-548060-700 Promotional Activities $2,250
001-7912-552000-700 Operating Supplies $1,760
