NO. 17-217
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available
from Employers Mutual, Inc., in the amount of$725.00, as reimbursement for the County's share of defense
costs in an Inverse Condemnation Lawsuit.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 3rd day of October,2017 pursuant to Section 129.06(d), Florida Statutes
that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2017-2018, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
REVENUE
001-1410-369930-100 Reimbursements $725
APPROPRIATIONS
001-1410-531000-100 Professional Services $725
After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows:
