The Lot Split application has been approved for property zoned AG -5 (1 du/5 ac) consisting of 156.61 acres and legally described as follows: SEE ATTACHMENT "A" 2. The division of the subject property creates two lots depicted on the revised Boundary Survey(s) created by Richard C. Laventure, PLS, dated 91612017. Parcel 2-A consisting of 79.33 acres and Parcel 2-B consisting of 77.28 acres. 3. Gary and Lisa White own Parcel 1-A consisting of 155.10 acres. They intend to purchase Parcel 2-A which abuts their property to the east thereby shifting their property line to the east by 1340 linear feet m.o.l. 4. Staff has reviewed the lot split on the subject property and found it to meet technical requirements of the Code and the standards of review in Section 11.03.04.D of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code and to be consistent with the St. Lucie County Comprehensive Plan. 5. Staff has provided an analysis of the parcel's eligibility for a one-time split pursuant to Section 11.03.04 of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code. That analysis is found in a project summary and memorandum dated October 16, 2017. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED: A. Pursuant to Section 11.03.04 of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code, the Lot Split as described hereinabove is approved as shown on the revised boundary survey prepared by Richard C. Laventure, PLS, dated September 6, 2017 by the Planning and Development Services Director. B. St. Lucie County is not responsible for the maintenance, upkeep or improvement of any private drives, roads, streets, easements, or rights-of-way providing ingress and egress or drainage service to the subject property herein. C. A copy of this Order shall be attached to the boundary survey described in hereinabove, and shall be placed on file in the Planning and Development Services Department. JOSEPH E.
