A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION JOINT
PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT (#440703-1-94-02) FOR FISHERMANS WHARF
BULKHEAD AND DREDGING CONTSRUCTION PHASE AND AUTHORIZING THE
CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE
COUNTY ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT BY APPROVING IT AS TO FORM
AND CORRECTNESS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the following
determinations:
1. The Florida Department of Transportation has awarded the County funding for Fishermans Wharf
Bulkhead and Dredging Construction Phase (#440703-1-94-02).
2. The Board should authorize and approve execution of the Joint Participation Agreement with the
Florida Department of Transportation for the above -referenced project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida:
1. The Board hereby accepts and approves the Joint Participation Agreement (#440703-1-94-02) with
the Florida Department of Transportation to provide funding for Fishermans Wharf Bulkhead and Dredging
Construction Phase.
2. The Board hereby authorizes and Chairman to execute the above -referenced agreement and
further authorizes the County Attorney to execute the agreement by approving it as to form and correctness.
After motion and second, the vote on Resolution 17-264 was as follows:
