WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available
from the US Department of Interior -Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission through an agreement, in
the amount of $16,875.00, for the support to complete the Harbor Branch Dike Improvement Project.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the St. Lucie County Mosquito Control District to
adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mosquito Control District of St. Lucie County, Florida, in
meeting assembled this 19th day of December, 2017 pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes that
such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2017-2018, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
