NO. 17-277
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available
from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, in the amount of$134,611, as a grant to assist, the Treasure Coast
Education, Research and Development Authority (TCERDA), in the purchase of commercial kitchen
equipment for the Sunshine Kitchen Food Business Incubator project.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 19th day of December, 2017 pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2017-2018, and the County's budget is
hereby amended as follows:
