WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners! of St. Lucie County, Florida, based on

The Board of Supervisors of Westchester Community D~velopment District No. 1,
has filed with the Board a petition for an amendment of thff community development
district, which petition contains the information require~J by Section 190.046(1),
Florida Statu~es. The Petitioner is requesting that the boundaries of Westchester
CDD No. I be contracted to 59.428 acres Of land.
In accordance with Section 190.046(1 )(b), Elorida Statute~s, the Board held a public
hearing on March 26, 2002, after publishing notice of suc~hearing in the Ft. Pierce
Tribune and the Port St. Lucie News on Malrch 15, 2002.!
