AN ORDER AMENDING PDS ORDER 17-049 FOR ESTANCIA
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT TO CORRECT A SCRIVENER'S
ERROR IN THE EXPIRATION CLAUSE CITED IN PART C
WHEREAS, the Planning and Development Services Director has reviewed the scrivener's error,
and has made the following determinations:
1. On December 20, 2017, the Planning and Development Services Director through PDS Order
17-049 granted a statutory extension provided by Section 252.363 Florida Statutes to the
Estancia - PUD.
2. Part C of PDS Order 17-049 contained the expiration date for the project that included an
incorrect code citation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning and Development Services Director of
St. Lucie County, Florida:
Clause C within PDS Order 17-049 is hereby amended as follows:

This Planned Unit Development Site Plan statutory extension approval shall expire on
January 24 2020 unless a building permit is issued or an extension has been granted in
accordance with Section 11. 02.06, of the Land Development Code.
A copy of this statutory extension shall be placed on file with the St. Lucie County Planning and
Development Services Department.
This order shall be recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County.
