Clayton Davis requested a Class A Mobile Home Permit to be defined as a detached single family dwelling unit in the AG -5 (Agricultural —1 du/5 acres) Zoning District for the property described below and depicted on Exhibit A. 2. On December 7, 2017 mail notices were sent to all owners of property within 500 feet of the subject property. Within (14) calendar days of mailing the notification, no written objections were received by the Planning Department. 3. Staff has performed a detailed analysis of the request and determined it to be consistent with Section 11.05.02. — Class A Mobile Home Permits, of St. Lucie County Land Development Code. The analysis is found in the Planning and Development Services Director Memorandum entitled Clayton Davis — Class A Mobile Home Permit dated January 11, 2018. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED: A. The St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services Director hereby approves the request of Clayton Davis to define a Class A Mobile Home as a detached single family dwelling unit to be located on the following described property and as depicted in Exhibit A. Legal Description: A tract of land in Section 10, Township 36 South, Range 38 East, Saint Lucie County, Florida more particularly described as follows: The North 400 feet of the East half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 10. Less and except road and canal right of way and those lands described in Official Records Book 1805, Page 1701, Saint Lucie County, Florida Public Records. This approval is subject to the following conditions: 1. Prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy, all Florida Exotic Pest Plant Council (FLEPPC) Category I listed plants shall be removed. 2. The issuance of County development permit does not in anyway create any rights on the part of the applicant to obtain a permit from a state or federal agency and does not create any liability on the part of the County if the applicant fails to obtain requisite approvals or fulfill the obligations imposed by a state or federal agency or undertakes actions that result in a violation of state or federal law. 3. All other applicable state or federal permits must be obtained before commencement of the development. C. The developer is advised as part of this Class A Mobile Home approval for Clayton Davis, including any successors in interest, the developer shall obtain all applicable development permits and construction authorizations from the appropriate state and federal and local regulatory agencies including, but not limited to, the United States Army Corps of Engineers, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and South Florida Water Management District, and the St. Lucie County Environmental Resources and Building Departments prior to the commencement of any development activities on the property described in Part A. Issuance of this permit by the County does not in any way create any rights on the part of the developer to obtain a permit from a state or federal agency and does not create any liability on the part of the County for issuance of this permit if the developer fails to obtain requisite approvals or fulfill the obligations imposed by a state or federal agency or undertake actions that may result in a violation of state or federal law. D. A copy of this Order shall be attached to the building permit, which shall be placed on file with the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services Director. E.
