AN ORDER AMENDING PDS ORDER 17-047 FOR A CHANGE
IN CONDITION OF APPROVAL FOR A MINOR SITE PLAN
APPROVAL FOR SEACOAST CURB ADAPTERS AND CURBS
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services Director has reviewed the
conditions of approval contained in PDS Order 17-047 and made the following determinations:
1. On September 25, 2017, the Planning and Development Services Director through PDS Order
17-047 approved a Minor Site Plan project known as Seacoast Curb Adapters and Curbs
containing seven conditions of approval.
2. On February 12, 2018, the applicant submitted a request for extension of time for payment of
the fee in lieu of sidewalk construction per Condition #2 of PDS Order 17-047.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the Planning and Development Services Director of St. Lucie
County, Florida:
A. Condition #2 within PDS Order 17-047 is hereby amended as follows:
The applicant shall execute an agreement to pay a fee -in- lieu of construction for the concrete
sidewalk adjacent to the Industrial Avenue Three right-of-way and remit to the County the
required funds W;hr 90 days fteF FeseiViRg site ^IaR apffeVa4 prior to issuance of a
Certificate of Occupancy. The acceptable method of payment shall be a certified check payable
to St. Lucie County.
B. This order shall be recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County.
