LUCIE COUNTY, FL WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services Director has reviewed the request of Suzanne Kessler and made the following determinations: 1. Suzanne Kessler requested a Class A Mobile Home Permit to be defined as a detached single family dwelling unit in the AG -2.5 (Agricultural — 1 du/2.5 acres) Zoning District for the property described below and depicted on Exhibit A. 2. On February 14, 2018 mail notices were sent to all owners of property within 500 feet of the subject property. Within (14) calendar days of mailing the notification, no written objections were received by the Planning Department. 3. Staff has performed a detailed analysis of the request and determined it to be consistent with Section 11.05.02. — Class A Mobile Home Permits, of St. Lucie County Land Development Code. The analysis is found in the Planning and Development Services Director Memorandum entitled Suzanne Kessler— Class A Mobile Home Permit dated March 2, 2018. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED: A. The St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services Director hereby approves the request of Suzanne Kessler to define a Class A Mobile Home as a detached single family dwelling unit to be located on the following described property and as depicted in Exhibit A. Legal Description: TROPICAL ACRES, BLK A, LOTS 49, 50, & 51. Parcel I D#: 2308-601-0049-000/1 B. Issuance of this permit by the County does not in any way create any rights on the part of the developer to obtain a permit from a state or federal agency and does not create any liability on the part of the County for issuance of this permit if the developer fails to obtain requisite approvals or fulfill the obligations imposed by a state or federal agency or undertake actions that may result in a violation of state or federal law. C. A copy of this Order shall be attached to the building permit, which shall be placed on file with the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services Director. D.
