NO. 18-035
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have
become available from the Florida Department of Transportation through a Joint Participation
Agreement Grant, in the amount of $60,000, as funding for the Treasure Coast International
Airport Segmented Circle Runway Project.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to
adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 20th day of March, 2018 pursuant to Section 129.06 (d),
Florida Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2017-2018, and the
County's budget is hereby amended as follows:

APPROPRIATIONS
140212-4220-563000-184604 Infrastructure $60,000
