WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for
St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from the Florida Department of Transportation through a Joint Participation Agreement, in
the amount of $195,336, as funding for the Rehabilitate Taxiway D-1 Project at the St. Lucie County
International Airport.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt
a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 3rd day of April, 2018 pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2017-2018, and the County's
budget is hereby amended as follows:

APPROPRIATIONS
140391-4220-563000-164601 Infrastructure $195,336
