A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION SUPPLEMENTAL JOINT
PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT (FIN. PROD. NO. 4 3 9 4 0 3-1-94-01) f r
the MRO HANGAR PROJECT AT TREASURE COAST INTERNATIONAL
AIRPORT AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT
AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE THE
AGREEMENT BY APPROVING IT AS TO FORM AND CORRECTNESS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made
the following determinations:
1. The Florida Department of Transportation has awarded the County funding for
the MRO HANGAR PROJECT (Fin. Proj. No. 439403-1-94-01).
2. The Board should authorize and approve execution of the Public Transportation
Supplemental Joint Participation Agreement with the State of Florida Department of Public
Transportation for the above -referenced project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
St. Lucie County, Florida:
1. The Board hereby accepts and approves the Public Transportation
Supplemental Joint Participation Agreement with the State of Florida (Fin. Proj. No. 439403-
1-94-01) to provide funding for the MRO HANGAR PROJECT at the Treasure Coast International
Airport. The Board hereby authorizes the Chair to execute the above -referenced agreement
and further authorizes the County Attorney to execute the agreement by approving it as to
form and correctness.
After motion and second, the vote on the resolution was as follows:
