WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available
from Zagster, in the amount of $60,000, as revenue for the operations of the bike share program for
Community Service Department, Transit Division.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 5th day of June, 2018 pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes
that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2017-2018, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
REVENUE
130-4410-344902-4927 Bike Share Program $60,000
APPROPRIATIONS
130-4410-534300-4927 Contract Labor $60,000
