WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available
from the Fort Pierce Utilities Authority (FPUA) of $54,258.15 and Cattle Lease proceeds of $5,592.70 and
$12,000 for Security Deposit from Your Pro Kitchen Franchise, LLC for a total amount of $71,850.85 for the
Treasure Coast Education, Research and Development Authority (TCERDA).
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 5th day of June, 2018 pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes
that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2017-2018, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:

APPROPRIATIONS
001-3716-562000-153606 Buildings $71,851
