WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County
Commissioners for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption
of the budget have become available in the form of a Settlement Agreement between
St. Lucie County, Fountain and Dunkelberger Engineering &Testing, Inc., in the amount
of $1,250,000 for the Indian River Estates project.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County
Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St.
Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 10th day of July, 2018, pursuant to
Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal
year 2017-2018, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows:
