WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available
from the Florida Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged Grant Agreement, in the amount of
$25,765. The funding from the Transportation Disadvantaged Agency allocates funds to provide financial
assistance to accomplish local program administrative support duties and responsibilities as set forth in
Chapter 427, Florida Statutes, Rule 41-2, Florida Administrative Code.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 10th day of July, 2018 pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes
that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2017-2018, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
