AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2017-127, ADOPTED ON JUNE 6, 2017,
WHICH GRANTED A MAJOR ADJUSTMENT TO THE FINAL PLANNED
UNIT DEVELOPMENT SITE PLAN FOR SUNSET BEACH PUD (SPMJ-
120175107), BY AMENDING SECTION `C' TO CORRECT A SCRIVENER'S
ERROR IN THE EXPIRATION DATE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida has made
the following determinations:
1. On June 6, 2017, this Board, through Resolution No. 2017-127, granted approval
of a Major Adjustment to the Final Planned Unit Development Site Plan for Sunset
Beach PUD.
2. Following the recordation of Resolution No. 2017-127, it was determined that the
approval expiration date noted in Section `C' was incorrect.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the Board of County Commissioners of St.
Lucie County, Florida:
A. Section `C' cited within the resolution should have read as follows:
C . The approvals and authorizations granted by this resolution shall expire on June
6, 2019 unless a building permit is secured or a site plan extension is granted in
accordance with Section 11.02.06(B)(3) of the St. Lucie County Land
Development Code.
B. All the terms, findings, and conditions otherwise cited in Resolution No. 2017-127,
approved on June 6, 2017, are hereby incorporated by reference in Resolution No.
2018-127.
C. A copy of this Order shall be placed on file with the St. Lucie Planning and
Development Services Director and mailed to the developer and agent of record as
identified on the site plan application.
D. This order shall be recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County.
