WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available to
the Air & Seaport Department, Airport Division from the Florida Department of Transportation through a
Supplemental Joint Participation Agreement for the Maintenance and Repair Overhaul (MRO) Hangar
Project, in the amount of the $863,962.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 18th day of September, 2018, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2017-2018, and the County's budget is
hereby amended as follows:

APPROPRIATIONS
324200-4220-562000-174604 Buildings $863,962
