WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available
from the Indian River Lagoon National Estuary Program (IRLNEP), in the amount of the $28,026 as a grant
for the St. Lucie Water Champions Initiative for the Environmental Resources Department.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 13th day of November, 2018, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2018-2019, and the County's budget is
hereby amended as follows:
REVENUE
001603-7912-337900-700 Other Grants $28,026
APPROPRIATIONS
001603-7912-552000-700 Operating Supplies $28,026
