HomeMy WebLinkAbout18-003RESOLUTION 18-003 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from a separate account owned by Treasure Coast Education, Research and Development Authority (TCERDA), that was not associated with St. Lucie County, in the amount of $54,506.86, to assist, the Treasure Coast Education, Research and Development Authority (TCERDA), for the Sunshine Kitchen Food Business Incubator project. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 23rd day of January, 2018 pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2017-2018, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUE 316-3716-369917-153606 Miscellaneous $54,507 APPROPRIATIONS 316-3716-562000-153606 Buildings $54,507 After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows: Commissioner Frannie Hutchinson, Chair AYE Commissioner Linda Bartz, Vice Chair AYE Commissioner Chris Dzadovsky AYE Commissioner Cathy Townsend AYE PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED THIS 23RD DAY OF JANUARY 2018.
