WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available
from lease agreement with Insight Public Sector, in the amount of the $331,379 for the Storage Area
Network project.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 18th day of December, 2018, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2018-2019, and the County's budget is
hereby amended as follows:
REVENUE
001-1955-383100-100 Capital Lease Proceeds $331,379
APPROPRIATIONS
001-1955-568000-100 Software $331,379
