WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available
from the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), in the amount of the $516,000 for the Security
Fencing and Access Control project.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled .this 8th day of January, 2019, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2018-2019, and the County's budget is
hereby amended as follows:
REVENUE
140399-4220-334411-1905 FDOT - Transportation $516,000
APPROPRIATIONS
140399-4220-563000-1905 Infrastructure $516,000
