WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners for St.
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available
from additional local government infrastructure surtax revenue in the amount of $5,603,559 for the Sales
Tax Plan: Year 1 (FY2019).
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 8'" day of January, 2019 pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes
that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2018-2019, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
REVENUE
319-0000-312600-000 Discretionary Sales Surtaxes $5,603,559
319-9910-599330-800 Project Reserves $5,603,559
